A 10-week fitness program for adults 18 and older, meeting Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30–6:30 p.m. This special sesquicentennial edition will feature decade-themed sessions that not only get participants moving through strength training, yoga, dancing, kickboxing and other indoor and outdoor activities, but also offer opportunities to learn about Daytona Beach’s history. Each workout will highlight a different era, giving participants a chance to participate in our year long celebration.
